Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, all testing for the PM has been done by hand, which leaves it prone to breaking if other developers work on it later. This also has the potential for edge cases to be undetected, which again could lead to bugs making it into production.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be clear unit tests for each function and each user story associated with the PM.
