可能用户提问的问题跟插件没有关系,需要第一次直接进行输出.
PluginListener这个监听需要将openai的流转接到用户的流上,并忽略二次调用

助理的调用没有流式输出的,跟插件这个操作方式其实是一样的也优化进去吧,给作者点个赞
