9904a3f Started Bootes. Tinkering with EGS.
812cb4c Created notebooks for every field with current field/survey spreadsheet

Need to add flag_det and other things from normal field on Bootes #5

Perhaps it will run on Vulcain without changes now. 30Gb decals will reduce to 5 gb after processing and not as many surveys as xmm-lss. Yannick noticed major error in DECals - needs aperture correction and band names changing inline with Legacy survey on #2, #3, #4, #5, #7, #8, #15 and #16

Added selection of megacam from sparcs and RCSlens. May need to rerun sparcs and rcs to be safe. Some questions remain. Also made progress on Bootes which is running to end now but needs changes to be made #9 and #5

Still a few fields miss the reporting of masterlist used #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8, #9, #10, #11, #12, #13, #14, #15, #16, #17, #18, #19, #20, #21, #22, #23

this means to get back to object we need to break decals_intid into brick plus objid or else add the identical unique decals_intid to the pristine catalogues #2 #3 #4 #5 #7 #8 #15 #16

In order to comapre and validate against the Brown catalogue. It will also provide total magnitudes as well as apertures and allow us to do some more flagging that is not possible otherwise #5

There are now two masterlists - one from Michael Brown and one from HELP as part of the validation we need to compare both checks and diagnostics and make a decision over how to combine and or which to use #5
