Commits relative to GAMA-12 masterlist before 2017/11/20:

  • 8bfd590 [dmu1_ml_GAMA-12] Run the notebooks on vulcain
  • 5eaa37c GAMA-12 ready to run on Vulcain. Suprime total g all set to nan. Waiting for new catalogues with good total g.
  • 7252f4b Checks running on GAMA-12 - VISTA mags need converting to AB, HSC g band needs to be removed
  • b0b0fbe Merging running on GAMA-12 testarea. Still memory concerns.
  • f8d2ba9 Testing GAMA-12 on sq degree. Need SDSS by field and possible memory leak.
  • d576cb3 created notebooks on GAMA-15
  • 7ece4da Created notebooks for GAMA-12
  • 812cb4c Created notebooks for every field with current field/survey spreadsheet
  • aa1c3d1 Add missing band-pass to validation reports
  • f1482a9 [dmu1_ml_GAMA-09, dmu1/dmu1_ml_GAMA-12, dmu1/dmu1_ml_XMM-LSS] Depth maps
  • e3198cc DMU2 validation report for dmu1_ml_GAMA-12

HS82 running on test degree to merge

Perhaps it will run on Vulcain without changes now. 30Gb decals will reduce to 5 gb after processing and not as many surveys as xmm-lss. Yannick noticed major error in DECals - needs aperture correction and band names changing inline with Legacy survey on #2, #3, #4, #5, #7, #8, #15 and #16
