ICEC General configuration still references Hikari Theme

The "ICEC General configuration" documentation page still references the deprecated "Hikari Theme":

At this release, only the Hikari theme is available; which looks like the following image.

Update the ICEC documentation in alignment with the new CNX8 theme.

Please fix the table layout of the page when you check this issue (sorry I found that this is already a seperate issue: #137). The used image is already customized and should be replaced with a default screen from Connections.
