When I open my hdf5 file on hdf5 view so many of my data only appear as 'Nan' in the table, is there something wrong with my format file?

Or is there anything else to fix this problem?

Does h5dump show something different? If h5dump displays the expected values then this is an issue for hdfview and should be posted in that repo's issues tracker.
