Should we remove (or simplify to a pointer to Semantic Search) of the relatedConcepts property (as this may be captured by dug and change as the dug algorithm changes?).

Keeping provides more flexibility but also runs the risk of giving a more complex set of VLMD put in front of investigators. Below is the relatedConcepts property in the schema
