vlmd sas --filepath pathtofile --sas7bcat_filepath pathtocatelog
rather than vlmd --filepath pathtofile --sas7bcat sas7bcat_filepath

will also want to nest vlmd under heal as package expands to other aspects of data product (e.g., resources and submissions)

heal vlmd sas7bdat --filepath xxxx
and then
heal protocols xxxxx --xxxx

This issue is related to #57 but has wider scope (ie non vlmd)
