目前，当使用带有"-q"标志的"get_up"，并且至少有一个视频没有指定的质量时，该命令将失败，因为没有找到该特定视频的质量。据我了解，`-q'标志只接受单个质量，因此如果找不到该质量，该命令将失败。

一个可能的解决方案是使-q能够接受一个质量列表，这样如果没有找到一个质量，就可以使用较低的质量。例如，像这样的事情:

$ bilix get_up 'https://space.bilibili.com/<<id>>' --cookie '<<cookie>>' -q 1080p,720p,480p
