User Story

As a Source Code Inventory manager, I want to update the metadata for every source code repository in the inventory so that I can provide current information for the source code inventory.

Acceptance Criteria

Upon selecting the feature to update the source code inventory metadata, all entries in the published inventory are updated to reflect the metadata from their associated source code repository. Any newly-added repositories in organizational libraries identified in the source code inventory also have their metadata automatically added.
