Move period option from mapping option to when an import is ready

When creating a mapping, the current position of the period option is confusing, the multiple periods is also confusing. While this is a required feature, it should be moved towards the last steps when a payload is ready and someone wants to import now. This will allow someone to do mapping without a specific period and import data for various periods later.
