Sharing Configurations for Specific Games

I've crafted a pretty solid text processing py script and text processing configuration for the 2009 remake of POWER DoLLS called POWER DoLLS 1. It wasn't easy because the way the game handles text was a bit funky, but I've got it close to flawless!

Is there an easy way to share this with others who might want to use it?

Which files do I need to share? How do I make sure it works for them if their game is installed in another drive or folder than mine?
