Bug description

If you scale something to a decimal that the computer doesn't particularly like, then it can cause these ridiculous decimals to appear in the scale UI. Please round these numbers to something like 5 decimal places before displaying them.

to clarify, you have to reselect the object after scaling it to see the effect.
