FHIR-au-base.xml gitUrl constraints too tight for AU repos

 [xslt] ERROR: FHIR HL7 International specifications that are not deprecated must have a gitUrl attribute that starts with 'https://github.com/HL7/' FHIR-au-base

Can this constraint be extended to include https://github.com/hl7au repos?

I'm having the same issue for UK Core which uses the NHS repo https://github.com/NHSDigital/FHIR-R4-UKCORE-STAGING-MAIN (which links to Simplifier)

@ryma2fhir We added a specific rule for all HL7 AU IGs. Is it safe to assume that all HL7 UK Affiliate IGs will be published under NHSDigital?

I spoke with Lynn Laakso about setting up the Jira for HL7 UK who asked me to follow the pilot affiliate documentation under HL7 Australia
