This is a quite big and generic issue. I suggest the following steps:

define a generic API (Service for retrieving generic data from our DB hpi-cloud-apis#57)
implement a service-generic (Implement service-sudo for access to everything #56) as an API for all data
provide a GUI in HPI-de/hpi_flutter

I'll leave this issue open for high-level tracking if required
