We should link them in the README with a sentence or two about what's in them

This one is great. Maybe we should create a separate library directory?

Should the library contain a copy of an external doc or something like a notes.md file from our review with sources linked? I'm not sure of the etiquette although I always want to make resources super easy to access in perpetuity
