###HRMAn 2.0 setup
In general, HRMAn 2.0 uses KNIME Analytics platform to run. However, since KNIME connects to several external programs in the background, some extra software needs to be installed in order to run HRMAn properly and fast. This overview will guide you through the installation and all necessary setup steps.

(The latter is recommended to unlock HRMAn’s full potential and allow for training of deep neural networks as well as usage of Cellpose for cell segmentation).

###Training CNNs for HRMAn 2.0

This video will show you how to train your own neural network for use in HRMAn 2.0 within KNIME. In order to use GPU training in KNIME for your model you need to have a Nvidia graphics card and CUDA installed. Please follow the setup guidelines above.
