This table should hold several information about spike in measurements. It is basically an extension of the "QC2 sample intensities" (MS:4000079), but allowing any peptides, not only the ones in the QC2 sample.
The first column should be the spike in peptide, followed by metrics. For us, these are right now:
MS:1001843 ! MS1 feature maximum intensity
retention time (of this maximum intensity)
delta to expected retention time
number of identifications / PSMs
What is the QC term's unit?
No response
Value type
MS:4000005 ! table
Describe any additional information.
