Maybe add some initials packages to have a basic environment to develop the bot, like nodemon or something else in dev dependencies ?

@HZooly Not for the moment, maybe eslint or dotenv but they are more optional

Dotenv is a very good idea for storing token inside !

I'll start with nodemonde/eslint. Maybe support for TypeScript in the future, but it will imply a refactoring of the builders.

Feel free to work on this one !
