Before we get too far into this, I'd like to hear about some use cases that journalists in Jersey might actually have for this. What kind of data would you want to have available from a name parser like this? I have a few ideas, but they're obviously still a bit diffuse. What would you like a library like we're thinking about here to able to do?

@sstirling, how did you do the county shapes for that game you all did recently?

Embarrassingly poorly haha. I took the individual shapes, colored them
black and took a screenshot on a white background.
