Create Node.js module

Context

Based on the proposal here.

Description

The first step is to mostly just copy/restructure the content from the legacy modules over into the new program.

Check "1. Module: Node.js" for info about the changes proposed that should be taken care of as part of this task.

Since the legacy module has been split up amongst some other modules (e.g. some old weeks of NodeJs and now already taught in other parts of the programme", we'll likely need to update the examples, exercises and assignments to match only what the learning goals are for this new module.

I'm going to take this and move it forward a bit. My plan is to follow the steps Adam described,

for each week

• move the legacy content to nodejs/backend
• create a pull request in draft with these changes
• Leave the structure ready so we can continue with the content update
