An option would be to use the toolbox add-on of Solidworks. Otherwise purchasing a pack of 3d model screws and managing them in blender could be an interesting option. It would also allow to make a lot of iterations of realistic random displacement (taking in account the horizon tilt of the screws induced by the larger diameter of the heads). In a PDF we would need to have the various objects ordered
They should be aligned, one kind per line
There may be different kind on each line (different screws length for example or different washers thickness)
They should be completely black on white
The goal is to print this on a page and then calibrate the image analyser to distinguish between all the objects.
