There should be a way to access the app as a GM, gaining access to useful game management features such as:

Initiative for enemies - name, bonus, roll -> appear in the initiative list
Programmed rolls - name, pool size, target -> button to click to roll with those settings
Clear initiative list entries - it's dangerous to give too much control to players, but the GM should be trustworthy...
