TODO List

• Update "Round-Trip Time Estimation" section to describe the latest improvements - Update "Round-Trip Time Estimation" section to describe the latest improvements #107.

• Review and improve handshakes section.
• Review and improve "Acknowledgement and Lost Packet Handling" section - Review and improve "Acknowledgement and Lost Packet Handling" section #108.
• Consider adding sending and receiving algorithms description.
• Add "Timers" section describing timers used in the SRT.
