As a member of the Pillar community, you are expected to:

- Listen to and consider different viewpoints, and be open to constructive criticism and feedback.
- Be mindful of your language and behavior, and avoid using derogatory or harmful language.
- Use welcoming and inclusive language, and make an effort to include and support others.
- Use empathy and kindness in all interactions with other members of the community.
- Refrain from making personal attacks or engaging in harassment or discrimination of any kind.
The following behaviors are considered unacceptable within the Pillar community:
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to, on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.
- Threats, intimidation, or violent language or behavior.
- Use of derogatory or harmful language or imagery, including but not limited to, slurs, hate speech, or offensive jokes.
- Personal attacks or insults, or behavior that creates a hostile or uncomfortable environment for others.
- Sharing or posting private information about others without their consent.
- Any other behavior that is deemed inappropriate by the community moderators or administrators.
If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to the community moderators or administrators. All reports will be kept confidential, and we will investigate all reports promptly and thoroughly. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to a violation of this Code of Conduct, including but not limited to, warning the offender, removing them from the community, or contacting law enforcement.
