There are a lot organisations where there are different roles rather than Admin, Maintainer, Support, an example for this is how https://github.com/ViaVersion is structured (screenshot taken from modrinth):

Roles like Core Developer or Moderator can't be set accordingly making the roles on Hangar look quite different:

The current system also forces on person to have the "Owner" label which is not always the case, especially in bigger organisations where multiple people share the ownership.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Having the ability to set a custom role display names on organisations as well as projects independently from the persons rank. Ideally this could be combined with #1367 to remove roles as a whole, having it the permission system like on modrinth:

Where there are only display names and a list of permissions to be set for every user (same on modrinth organisations).

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I personally would be fine with only having custom display names on top of the existing system.
