Deep Link to Collection in Mirador

As a faculty member, I want to be able to link within Canvas to the collection directly (already loaded in the Mirador viewer) so that students won't have to be sent to the main Course Collections page first.

Acceptance Criteria

• Faculty are able to bypass the main Course Collection page to access the Collection directly via a URL.

Definition of Done

• Check into version control
• Code review
• Unit/Regression Tests
• Passes continuous integration tests (automation via Travis)
• Meets acceptance criteria
