Is it possible to reverse the name filter?

I'd like to exclude files without certain names in the file.

I'm very much in the 'I have no idea what I'm doing' category, but I've been given 2TB of files from an agency and just want to pull out their 'rushes' which will have a prefix of 'P280' so I'd like to include only such files.
