Worker stuck on 180 seconds timeout forever!

Describe the bug
Worker seems to have trouble working on certain media files ( despite healthcheck and ffprobe ok ) and is stuck on 180 seconds time out / cancelling many hours

Unticking "Process?" or trying to manually cancel it does not change anthing worker keeps trying and cancelling.

Expected behavior
From what I read worker should proceed to next file which it does not
