Describe the bug
mediainfo is only done once on v1 of the file

To Reproduce
create a workflow, recode a file, check history off file versions, only v1 will have data under {mediainfo}

Expected behavior
mediainfo is done at least on the v1 and final version

To try speed things up Tdarr only uses the various scanners (other than ffprobe) when necessary as they can sometimes add a lot of processing time with certain files. So I assume in this case none of the selected plugins require mediaInfo so it's ignored for subsequent runs.
