Freight elevator does not have an UI implemented

Description of issue

The freight elevator in Pluto's Cargo bay does not have a UI implemented, as it wrongly tries to find and display a nanoUI template

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Show the same panel as elevator panel

Steps to reproduce

Interact with the elevator panel in cargo.
