GUI Filter Method didn't be categorized #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open Image Resizer as usual

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- If opening the drop-down menu, the user will see too many filter methods and 
average user will have no idea what their was.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- R33, Windows 7 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
- I think the drop-down menu should include categories that can be found in the 
new command line help.

Categories in standard MS dropdown is not possible (sadly). I'll have to use 
another control for that, so I'll have to create one myself. This is really 
boring and bug-driven work.
