Install errors... plugin directory issue as well as failed to download package during install

When installing, first issue I noticed was the plugin directory was not correct. Selecting the correct folder threw \notepadd++ at the end of the plugins directory making it look as follows:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\Plugins\Notepad++
which is invalid.

Even when fixing this, I get the following error after one step:
"Downloading the packages failed: Unagle to find package for
hl7.fhir.core#4.0.0 at http://build.fhir.org/: http/1.1 404 Not Found
Try Again? (can be done later through installed applications)

Selecting Yes gives the same error.
