I have no idea why you should suffer this completely arbitrary condition within a few hours of sharing needles, but like, whatever man. Even having this in the code waiting for substantial reasons to necrotize people would be nice.

Long and short of the pastebin...
Make a medical condition which rots your limbs, including multiple sprite stages to indicate severity. It should include pain messages, arms should stop working and legs should penalize movement, a tourniquet should be required, and... body horror text, all the body horror text.
