[FEATURE] Disable trinkets globally

• I checked for an existing, open ticket for this request and was not able to find one.

Feature Request

It would be very convenient to globally disable trinkets using a single toggle or menu option. I appreciate being able to disable them individually for customization for those that use them, but I use separate addons/weakauras and typically macro all of my trinket abilities separately from Hekili.

Cheers, and thanks for this great project. I have been using it for years and love it.
