Quick actions menu in top bar

The top bar should have a "quick actions" menu, in wich there could be a screenshot button, and we could add custom actions, like :

• Quick folder open : set a folder you need to go quicly, and you have a button to open it.
• Quick app opening : set an app to add to a custom button (i know the taskbar already do this, but why not)
• Quick command : execute quickly a terminal command, like ai "how do i download virus on a potato", so you can quickly do some things.

I'm catching up to the issues rn. This is a great idea, Zac. I want to do it but I can't right now. Maybe in a couple of weeks if nobody's picked it up yet.
