Feature Description

Should be an alternative to the Citizens addon for people who don't want to use Citizens

That you can equip these NPCs with HMCCosemtics

I would be open to it, but the plugin wasn't really made for any other plugin besides Citizens. It would require, in a sense, a near recode of most systems.

I would like FancyNPC, if its added i will buy it, too much people use ZNPCs(Plus) and too much people is moving to FancyNPC
