A spell that just makes a negotiable number of hostile rats around the user. They don't harm the user and they deal 3-6 brute damage each hit.

+1, sounds terribly useless but I would like to see something like that used in a hilarious manner

has to have 30 second recharge BUT the rats are permanent

No idea. We just need more spells in general.
