sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nextcloud-devs/client
sudo apt update
sudo apt install nextcloud-client

Open, with gui sync to: https://localhost:7995 (or whatever port you choose).
Then add taskwarrior folder manually. Open sync>settings>add folder.
