Unable to Uninstall SystemTrayMenu v1.2.9.0 #520

I'm trying to uninstall SystemTrayMenu version 1.2.9.0 on a Windows 11 laptop so I can replace it with version 1.3.5.0.

When I selected "Uninstall" in the installed apps list, STM was removed from the apps list, but it still launched during startup. I did a search for it and found that it's still installed under Windows/Program Files/SystemTrayMenu.

What's the safest way to uninstall it?
