new release + linux / macos make file? #3

Would be nice if you could:
a. release a new build with the latest changes
b. add a makefile (or similar) to build this on Linux and MacOS

a, If you want get a new build with latest commit, you can try https://github.com/Masaiki/xy-VSFilter-pfmod/releases/tag/r4
b. xy-VSFilter is based on VSFilter which is windows exclusive, it can’t work on Linux or MacOS
