Maintainer Feature Request

Feature description: flavor chemicals that don't really do anything important.

Lore justification (if applicable): People have prescriptions that are nice to roleplay out, give the chemist something to do as well.

Additional context: I don't really care what they are, feel free to give little minor side effects. They should just exist so you can add them to medical records. Check out CD/SU if you need an example.
