Maybe there is a good way of using or evolving this to directly control a force air extraction.

Hello,
do you have any experience with such devices? Because my guess would be that a simple PID-controller would do the job perfectly. At least currently this project is mainly for comfort of the user. If you know how to apply this tool for a technical advantage i would be very happy

When the bathroom extractor fan is turned on, air is pulled in to other rooms from outside the house to equalise the pressure.

This could lead to pulling more moisture in than is desirable if the air is wet outside.

Alternatively, it could be pulling in drier air that is not too cold and that would be good.

In my case the fan does not turn on if the computed external humidity is above a fixed level or higher than the bathroom's humidity.
