Configuration files for SLURM?

Hello,
Has anyone ported the pipeline to the SLURM workload manager? If so, is the modified sys_OTHER.py file available? I am new to workload managers, and don't quite trust myself to get it right.

Hello, Unfortunately I'm not aware of anyone porting to SLURM. If you pursue this, please let me know. We'd be happy to make the modified files available, or point people to your github repo, if you'd like to share. Brittany N.
