Update spreadsheet generator to work with latest hca-ingest #2

Currently, the spreadsheet generator is working with a fixed deployment of the hca-ingest (0.6.8).

0.6.9 had a rework in the code that made the spreadsheet generator unusable.

In order to keep up with the latest deployments of the metadata and other libraries contained within the hca-ingest, we need to update the code.
