SC Tools has lots of unit tests. However, there are functional tests that are run in Skylab. It would be nice to have a guarantee that we're not breaking green box use cases within SC Tools, since we can run the docker produced by this repository directly to tests the outcomes, given some testing data.

This will be a faster way to test changes to the SC Tools code base that are consumed by HCA Green box.
