It's because of SELinux Permissive. It causes Magisk to be easily detected. It maybe fixed by using Hidden Permissive. Moreover some apps will deny to run on Android-x86, that's nearly out-of-box of Magisk.

No, you can't. Android-x86 is counted as emulator. Google does not allow Safetynet passed on emulators
