How are we marking issues in main branch that need backporting to stable branch? #363

featureis a new feature - will only go onmaster.enhancementis an enhancement to an existing feature. This can be tagged withmaster(by default) andstable(optional). Requires a stable ABI in order to be considered to be backported.bugis a bug fix - will go onmasterandstableby default.
