The duplicate deps need to be fixed, but this is a WARN and is not causing the failure

The failure cause by how powershell interprets the command.
In powershell, you need to escape the -D command line variables with "

e.g. mvn "-Dquarkus.test.continuous-testing=disabled" quarkus:dev -pl 'horreum-backend'
