Combine: owner and access columns

I followed our previous discusssion #526 (comment) and created a branch please have look or you are able to track my branch master...shivam-sharma7:Horreum:combine-columns test it. so that i can open PR :)

actually you know what is reason for do it! I'm waiting for this #787 which i think can solve my problem

This should allow you to load the sample data via the dev services UI (http://localhost:8080/q/dev-ui/extensions) instead of using the script in infra-legacy/example-configuration.sh

I have tested other cmd but same error
